Founder & Managing Principal
Gary brings 35 years of economic development and corporate real estate experience to high-stakes expansion and location decisions.
Over the past 20 years, including six years with Deloitte Tax and PwC, Gary has led corporate site selection and economic development incentive projects for Fortune 1000 clients in the United States and internationally.
His earlier public-sector experience includes more than seven years with the New Jersey Commerce Department, where he supported the Secretary of Commerce and led business attraction, retention, and research programs. He has also held economic development roles with major gas and electric utilities in New Jersey and New York.
